Consultation on draft Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) specifying requirements for the information that sellers of non-performing loans (NPLs) must provide to potential buyers, in order to improve the functioning of secondary markets. The aim is to establish a common standard for NPL transactions across the EU, allowing comparison between countries and thus reducing information asymmetries between sellers and buyers.
