Public consultation on the management of exceptional risks for companies
Bruno Le Maire, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, received on July 16, 2020 the conclusions of the working group on the development of insurance coverage for exceptional and pandemic events, set up in April. On this basis, a public consultation is open until August 31.
Bruno Le Maire is launching today a major public consultation on the management of exceptional risks for companies, open until August 31. It will allow companies and their federations to express their needs and preferences in terms of risk coverage. The results will enable the Government to draw up the outlines of a proposal for a hedging mechanism.
