Crowdfunding intermediaries (IFP) and LCB-FT
The ACPR is carrying out a survey in the form of a questionnaire sent to all crowdfunding intermediaries subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing (FT) obligations. This questionnaire aims to collect general information on their activity in order to know it better and to assess the compliance of the LCB-FT risk management system.
