RegTech survey

In line with the EBA Financial Innovation Work Program, the EBA is currently carrying out an analysis in the area of ​​RegTech and invites all relevant stakeholders to share their views and experience on the use of RegTech solutions by through a survey

The EBA wishes to improve its understanding of the use of regtech tools, in order to fuel the debate on the relevance of any regulations, promote good practices, and identify possible obstacles to the proper functioning of these tools. In order to gather industry feedback, the EBA has prepared two separate questionnaires. One must be completed online by financial institutions and the other by information and communication technology service providers.
