Around 20% of France FinTech members are on partial unemployment

Alain Clot, president of France Fintech, makes a first live assessment of the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the fintech sector. The association has raised certain issues to the authorities, including the fact that public guarantees for cash loans do not concern platforms.

Faced with a COVID-19 crisis that is taking hold, the fintech sector is getting organized. “Our members (185 in number) are used to teleworking. All have put in place structured programs to inform their clients, whether it is general information on the health crisis or more technical arrangements.”, Notes Alain Clot, president of the France Fintech association.
