After ten years at Société Générale, notably in the General Inspection department, Benjamin was itchy for entrepreneurship and founded EPSOR with his partner and former colleague Julien Niquet. They decide to launch an activity in the employee savings business, typically profit-sharing bonuses, or profit-sharing… The Pacte law in France simplifies the employee savings mechanism thanks to the implementation of the Plan d ' Pension saving. It is clear that there is a big difference in equipment between large and small companies in France today. The three key words of EPSOR: advice, simplicity and transparency. Their tools and platforms allow companies and their employees to access a new generation of employee savings plans. Thanks to two fundraising events with PARTECH and BLACKFIN, EPSOR is cracking the historical market in place and reshuffling the cards in this market.
