France FinTech, Paris&Co, the ACPR and the AMF announce the fourth edition of the FRENCH FINTECH WEEK

France FinTech, the association representing start-ups in the financial sector, Paris&Co, the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) and the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) are today opening the call for applications allowing propose an event as part of the fourth edition of the French FinTech Week, which will take place from October 7 to 18, 2024.

The French FinTech Week is an initiative aimed at promoting the richness of the French fintech ecosystem by relying in particular on the contributions of the numerous public and private representative organizations working for the development of digital finance in France and in Europe.

In a context marked by both strong macroeconomic uncertainties, but also technological changes and sustained regulatory developments, being informed, exchanging and debating is more necessary than ever. Public and private decision-makers, entrepreneurs, investors, thinkers, researchers, representatives of the academic world and future talents concerned and involved by developments in innovative finance will be present.

Having become an essential meeting place for entrepreneurs, supervisors, legislators, investors and decision-makers in the sector, the French FinTech Week will once again this year offer a program lasting almost two weeks, in Paris and the Region and will be structured around the organizers' reference events:

Thursday October 10 – Paris&Co Fintech Insurtech Invest: A day dedicated to meetings and exchanges between fintech and French and foreign investors.

From Friday October 11 to Sunday October 13 – FINTECH GENERATIONS48 hours to create your fintech! The entrepreneurial challenge for students, organized by France FinTech and its partners.

Monday October 14 – The ACPR-AMF Fintech Forum : The annual Forum meeting hosted jointly by the ACPR – Banque de France and the AMF. Conferences and workshops devoted to regulation and supervision issues.

Thursday October 17 – FinTech R:Evolution #FFT24: The ninth edition of the essential French fintech event, organized by France FinTech. Nearly 1 participants and more than 500 speakers. 

Like every year, the organizers are launching a call to all players in the fintech ecosystem to come forward and propose an event by June 3, 2024 in order to integrate the programming of the French FinTech Week #FFTW24.
