In a world where technology takes a preponderant place, the question of knowing if technology does not enslave man by making him privilege distant links by screens and social networks interposed to the detriment of "real" relations is regularly asked. Conversely, we also hear that technology can accelerate inclusion, sharing and be the vector of more inclusive and better shared growth, for all.

Trend, the "Tech for Good" would it not be the solution to reconcile the detractors and advocates of Technology? But what is it all about? There are many definitions, but the words that keep coming back to characterize this new trend are: impact, social, meaning, inclusion, human, environment. The “For Good” is used in all the verticals of our Company, ranging from Political to Social, including the private economic players of the Group alongside the Start-up. The “For Good” dimension of a project makes it possible to reconcile economic imperatives with the search for meaning of the project leaders by giving space to the expression of their values.

As a parent, I regularly ask myself the question of the world in which my children, adults will live. It will have nothing to do with the one in which we grew up and probably little in common with the one in which we are currently evolving. This raises the question of what should be inculcated and transmitted to them so that they are armed. One of the key elements: autonomy. The latter makes it possible to register in time, to be master of temporalities, to decide on the moment of one's actions (traveling? Investing? Giving pleasure? Having pleasure?).

Except that we see that behind these acts and actions, there is money. Handling money constitutes the child's entry into the social field: a sum to be allocated, a first choice of purchase and / or an arbitration to be carried out. However, it must be mastered so as not to be overwhelmed by its effects, not to let it dazzle us or rule our desires. To owe money is to be governed by the other. To miss it is to leave the field of autonomy.

So many people exclude themselves because they are overwhelmed with money. Our ambition is to work so that children have a better relationship with money and support them in achieving their desires because there is no age limit to have projects. Buying a Playmobil at 5 years old, sports equipment at 12 years old, a house at 40 years old have the same importance when formulating the wish for the project leader, whether small or large.

My wish: that all children can achieve their dreams because they will have acquired good reflexes from an early age with tools designed for and with them. From then on, it made sense to build a tool to help adolescents manage their money and this is how the adventure of Xaalys, the first French neo-bank for adolescents, remotely piloted by parents, began. .

#Tech, Xaalys is in essence because built for the current uses and modes of consumption of adolescents and their parents, technophiles, connected and whose respective needs are addressed in dedicated application interfaces.

# For Good also because the vocation of Xaalys is to transmit the “codes of adults” and to contribute to the financial education of the key asset of the company, its youth. Xaalys combines manipulation (my card, my account, my app) with a fun content strategy in partnership with the public actor with which we have joined forces, Finance pour Tous.

Fintech for Good has all of a reality! Powerful lever, the “for Good” dimension of a financial technology project can be expressed in the targets of clients served, the choices of team structure, the geographies in which you operate.

Le Tech4good Would it not simply amount to identifying a distortion in a model and humbly providing the beginnings of a technological solution? Since we operate companies in line with our core values to provide a solution to a point bread, we bring value to our customers, suppliers, partners and improve facto their daily life so we do good. Wouldn't we all be actors? for Good who do we ignore?
