FinTech inherits the finance and tech gender gap, but we believe that this is not inevitable. The figures are increasing, the representation of women is diversifying in the different business lines and many initiatives tend to show that they are very present in FinTech even if they still remain (too) discreet today.

We want to move the lines: the Women in Fintech French Powerlist aims to identify female talents who work for the development of the sector, the first step towards the implementation of broader actions in this area.
