FinTech inherits the gender gap from finance and tech, but we believe this isn't inevitable. The numbers are growing, the representation of women is diversifying across different business lines, and numerous initiatives tend to demonstrate that they are indeed present in FinTech, even if they remain (too) discreet today. 



We want to make a difference. First, by establishing a clear overview of the sector through our studies and barometers. Second, by implementing concrete actions: supporting regional platforms, speaking at schools and universities, creating a mentoring program for high school girls, and supporting the Willa Women in FinTech program.
