Created in June 2015 on the initiative of entrepreneurs, France FinTech is a
non-profit association whose mission is to promote the excellence of the sector in France and abroad and to represent French fintech to the public authorities, the regulator and the ecosystem. It brings together French Fintech, Insurtech and Regtech with the potential to become European or global leaders. All the players wishing to support this movement and be recognized as an integral part of the ecosystem have gathered around the start-ups: technology companies, investment funds, law and consulting firms, banks, insurers, industrial companies, public or associative entities, etc.
We federate companies using innovative and disruptive operational, technological or economic models aimed at addressing existing or emerging issues in the financial services industry.
We work to promote Fintech, to facilitate dialogue with the media and public authorities, to create synergies and development opportunities for their activities in France and internationally, to stimulate innovation to offer France the possibility of revealing his talents!
Our 3 main missions:
- Promote the excellence of the sector in France and abroad, through numerous interventions: interviews, conferences, training actions, and a wide range of publications: newsletter, panoramas, infographics, directories, white papers, studies & surveys, podcast, web series.
- Represent French fintechs to the various stakeholders in the national and international ecosystem: public authorities, parliamentarians, regulators, research and educational institutes, major financial and technological players, etc. France FinTech contributes on behalf of entrepreneurs to various national and European consultations and ensures that it positions itself as a force for legislative and regulatory proposals.
- Animate the fintech ecosystem through numerous meetings, working groups, publications. We organize every year FinTech R: Evolution which is now the biggest event in the sector in France. Its programming remains focused on fintech and it brings together entrepreneurs, partners, representatives of public authorities, education, research, media, etc. The next edition will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2024 and will be the culmination of the French FinTech Week.
