A look back at FINTECH GENERATIONs, the start-up weekend of French FinTech Week 2022

On the occasion of the second edition of the French FinTech Week, the FINTECH GENERATIONs start-up competition was held from October 14 to 16 in the offices of Treezor.

In this article, we come back to the event and the winning project of this competition, organized with the support of Société Générale, Treezor and Swave.

For the opening of the second edition of the French FinTech Week, FINTECH GENERATIONs Challenge, was held from Friday October 14 to Sunday October 16, 2022 in the heart of Paris, at the premises of Treezor, the French Banking-as-a-Service platform.

The concept ? 48 hours to set up a fintech.
With several objectives:

  • promote mixed entrepreneurship,
  • promote French know-how and academic excellence,
  • raise awareness of the fintech sector to generate talent,
  • bring together generations and professions.

Around fifty students responded to take part in this entrepreneurial challenge. To bring their project to life, they had the chance to benefit from personalized support from experts in the sector. They then pitched in front of a jury of 6 specialists:

🥇AtomX: application to obtain cashback in crypto-assets

AtomX wins:

  • 1 support of 6 months teams by Treezor,
  • 1 coaching session with Alain Clot, President, France FinTech and Claire Calmejane, Chief Innovation Officer, Societe Generale,
  • 1 year of membership in the France Fintech association which represents French fintechs, 
  • 1 access to Swave group coaching, the largest fintech incubator in France,
  • 5 places for the match France – Australia November 5, 2022 at the Stade de France, in category 3,
  • 1 participation in the FinTech R:Evolution pitch contest the 20 October 2022.
