Fintechs fall into line

France fintech reports a 71% decline in fundraising by fintechs compared to 2022. The Fintech Observatory records 1,1 billion euros in funds raised in 136 operations for 2023, compared to 2,4 billion euros. last year. The scope is different but there is no doubt about the decline in the number of fundraising carried out by fintechs in France and the amount of capital thus made available to them.
