“Fintech” sector inquiry: the French Competition Authority launches a public consultation

As part of his sector inquiry on the fintech sector, which will focus in particular on the development of the role of large digital platforms in payment services, theCompetition Authority throw a public consultation in order to collect the observations of the players on several points and assess the competitive situation of the sector of new technologies applied to financial activities and, more particularly, to payment activities.
