[Crédit Mutuel Arkéa x France FinTech] Recruiting and developing in an uncertain environment
Entrepreneurs are currently evolving in a unique configuration. On the one hand, they manage their start-up in a context of high increase, sometimes hyper growth. Turnover is up sharply, internationalization is accelerating, recruitment is intense (10.000 this year for the fintech sector) and the raising of French Tech already amounted to 8,4 billion euros for the first half of the year, i.e. 63% more than for the same period in 2021.
This sustained development is also the source of many complicated industrial, financial and managerial problems.
But at the same time, the founders are faced with a particularly uncertain economic and geopolitical environment and frankly unreadable. From all sides, the orange lights are flashing: interest rates, inflation, energy prices, falling valuations.
torn between their confidence in their model (our recent survey on their morale shows them rather optimistic) and the necessary caution required by a turbulent economic situation, entrepreneurs do their best to find the most suitable posture and keep a cool head. In this context, the question of human resources is particularly central.
A complicated world to interpret, choices to be made, the need for fine and flexible management: the opportunity to think about the moment, to be inspired by each other and to think together.
Entrepreneurs, investors, incubators and the curious, we offer you an evening dedicated to the challenges of development and recruitment.
