You are the head of a starup innovative in finance or insurance ? You are a mixed team ou an entrepreneur, and you are looking for support for the development of your project ? WILL is there to support you in an environment adapted to your success!

What is WILLA Women in Fintech? It is a program dedicated to projects and startups in the field of FinTech! This program supports you for 6 months in all your stages of development. During these 6 months, you are immersed in a flourishing entrepreneurial ecosystem. Experts and teams of WILL et Rothschild & Co will be at your side to challenge your ideas and help you find the best solutions.

Seulement 1 in 10 Startup Fintech CEOs is a woman in 2018. (France FinTech study), whilea startup founded by a mixed team is 63% more efficient. WILL et Rothschild & Co are committed to fostering the emergence of female talents and mixed FinTech teams.

With the support of many players in the sector including The Swave et France FinTech, 5 startups will selected by a jury of professionals. 

The call for applications for the second edition is open until April 22th.
